1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Nuvlo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.

Nuvlo is operated by ShireNode. By accepting these terms, you are entering into an agreement with ShireNode.

2. Description of service

Nuvlo is a personal finance web application that lets you record income, expenses, and debts, and visualize your financial situation through a structured budget. The service is provided at nuvlo.app.

The service may be modified, expanded, or discontinued at any time. We will make our best effort to notify you in advance of significant changes.

3. Account registration

To use Nuvlo you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Keep your password confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Nuvlo only for lawful, personal purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfering with the operation of the service or its servers.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the service without express authorization.

5. Financial data

All financial information you enter in Nuvlo is yours. We do not access your real bank accounts — you enter data manually. We are responsible for protecting that data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The data you enter is your sole responsibility. Nuvlo does not verify its accuracy or assume liability for decisions made based on it.

6. No financial advice

The content, calculations, and visualizations in Nuvlo are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, accounting, investment, or legal advice.

For important financial decisions (investments, credit, estate planning), consult a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design, code, and content of Nuvlo are the property of ShireNode and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.

The data you enter in the app is yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ShireNode will not be liable for:

• Data loss due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
• Temporary service interruptions.
• Financial decisions made based on the app's content.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious misuse. You may cancel your account at any time from the Profile section.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your data in the app. We recommend exporting your information before cancelling.

10. Modifications to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, submitted to the courts with competent jurisdiction over the matter.
